Process Plant Services, a Houston Interests Company, is a Tulsa, OK based Fired Heater Company established in 2014 to provide services to the refining, petrochemical and gas plant industries as it relates to fired equipment and ancillary systems. PPS is “Process technology neutral” and we utilize in-house design & simulation software to service our customers. Our employees have extensive experience in API process heaters and Waste Heat Recovery Unit (WHRU) engineering, design, fabrication, inspection and installation.

Scope of services:
Process Plant Services provides extensive services for new and existing fired heaters in any configuration (i.e. box, cabin or vertical cylindrical (VC).
Multiple types of process heaters including:
Crude, Vacuum and Coker Heaters (CDU, VDU), Steam Superheaters (SSH), Catalytic Reformer Heaters (CCR), Hydrotreater charge heaters , fractionator reboiler heaters, Waste Heat Recovery Units (WHRU), Hot oil heaters
Revamp Engineering studies:
Capacity or Efficiency improvements, Service conversion, Burner upgrades, troubleshooting or improve reliability.
Thermal design and modeling, CFD Modeling, Mechanical Design, Instrumentation & Electrical Design, Structural Analysis and Design, General Arrangement, Fabrication and Erection Drawings, CAD, AutoCAD, Cadworx, Steel Design: Staad Pro & Risa 3d, Piping stress analysis: Caesar & FE-pipe, Thermal modeling in-house and frnc5
Project Management & Procurement:
Planning & Scheduling, Complete QA/QC support, Project Monitoring, Worldwide procurement network, Fabrication, Shop Inspection.
Bare, finned or studded tubes for heater retube, fittings flanges, cast pressure parts, tube supports, observation/access/lancing doors, Instrumentation, Dampers, Fans, etc.
